As I reported in an earlier post, Mro Carmel Grech had  commissioned me to write a  new Mass  for use in his cappella services. The Mass, titled Missa Romani Pontefici Benedicti XVI was finished in April. It is scored for SATB soloists,  Mixed Choir and orchestra. It is dedicated to Mro Grech’s brother, HL Mario Grech, Bishop of Gozo. The manuscript score has now been put on computer and on Saturday 21st I formally  presented  the bound copy of the manuscript to HL  the Bishop.
