One of Family Vella`s objectives is the digitisation of the entire list of classified works composed by Maestro Joseph Vella.

In this regard, Family Vella is pleased to announce that its recent collaboration with the Medina Foundation for Music has also included the digitisation of Maestro Vella`s Clarinet Quintet (Opus 16).

Seen here is Chev. Mro. Mark Agius, Chairperson and CEO of the Foundation, presenting the digitised work to Maestro Vella`s son Nikki.

Established in 2016, the Medina Foundation for Music is a registered, independent and non-profit organization established with the aim of encouraging and facilitating professional musical development and cultural awareness, providing upcoming musicians with an opportunity to collaborate with established artists in performances of the highest standards, mainly through its accredited educational programme, the Medina College of Music, and its performance programme, the St Paul Metropolitan Orchestra (http://medinafoundationformusic.com/).
