Mro. Joseph Vella`s music will be performed in yet another prestigious venue, this time the Opéra national du Rhin, in Strasbourg, France.
The Strasbourg Opera House, located in the city centre of Strasbourg, has been classified as a historical monument since 1921.
Acclaimed tenor Joseph Calleja will be performing one of his own favourite works  – Vella`s “Il-Kebbies Tal-Fanali” (Opus 18) – on Tuesday 4th November 2025, in a prestigious concert entitled “Une voix d’unité” (A Voice of Unity).
This special evening is linked to the Malta Presidency of the Council of Europe,  and will mark the milestone 75-year anniversary of the European Convention on Human Rights, a defining moment in Europe`s commitment to justice and fundamental rights.
