Very satisfied indeed with the two performances of Verdi,s opera NABUCCO which I conducted at the Astra Theatre in Gozo Malta on Thursday 23  and Saturday 25 October (2014).  Great Soloists, impeccable choir under their chorus mistress Maria Frendo , a very good responsive orchestra (Malta Philharmonic) a fantasitc set set up by the Astra crew and a very imaginative production by Italian Director Enrico Stinchelli. Two packed house, two absolutely satisfied audiences adding to two memorable evenings
